Care for West Town patients
Grand Avenue and Chicago Avenue both run straight from West Town to Streeterville, so the trip is one bus or one road.
Dr. Elbaridi trained as a licensed physical therapist before medical school. If you’ve already done rounds of physical therapy, he can tell you why it stalled and what the next step is.
Your first appointment is a consultation, not a procedure. Bring any MRI or imaging you already have — Dr. Elbaridi will review it during the visit.
