Care for East Garfield Park patients
Three Green Line stations serve East Garfield Park, and all of them run straight to Cermak-McCormick Place without a transfer — useful on a procedure day, when you shouldn’t be driving.
Dr. Elbaridi performs procedures with fluoroscopy or ultrasound guidance, so injections and nerve blocks reach the exact structure causing the pain.
Your first appointment is a consultation, not a procedure. Bring any MRI or imaging you already have — Dr. Elbaridi will review it during the visit.
