Vaccination will be required for certain indoor public places

As of January 3rd, the City of Chicago will require patrons of certain indoor spaces to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

With the Omicron variant present, this decision is now in line with requirements already in place in other big cities including New York City and Los Angeles.

Our first promise is to keep our patients and staff safe. As many of you know, we regularly test our staff and triage each person who comes through our door to keep our facility as safe as possible.

In accordance with the City of Chicago’s vaccine mandate and for the safety of our staff and patients, we will require proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test before entering our facilities for any individual who is not a current patient or looking to receive medical care.
