Dr. Nidal Elbaridi is the founder and Medical Director of Loop Medical Center. A Board-Certified Anesthesiologist, he completed his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. His dual training as both a physician and Licensed Physical Therapist gives him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on pain, recovery, and rehabilitation.
Having personally survived a near-fatal accident, Dr. Elbaridi approaches every patient with deep empathy and a commitment to resilience. His vein care expertise was developed within his ACGME-accredited Harvard fellowship, ensuring the same standard of rigor across all specialties.

Dr. Neil Patel is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained Pain Medicine physician, with training at the University of Illinois at Chicago and John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.
He takes a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach to care — prioritizing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that address the root cause of pain rather than masking symptoms. Every treatment plan is individualized with one goal in mind: restoring function and quality of life.
Dr. Patel treats sciatica, herniated discs, joint and spinal pain, and neuropathic conditions, with expertise in nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation.
